when will my slime ship?
please allow 1-3 working days processing time.


when will my slime arrive?
uk packages usually take 2-3 business days to deliver.
european orders may take 1-2 weeks or more.
international orders can vary from 1-4 weeks to deliver.

how do i fix stiff slime?
add glycerin until desired consistency. or you can use unscented lotion/moisturiser but this will affect the clarity of your slime!
in the cold weather please store your slime in a warm-ish place to prevent them becoming stiff.


how do i fix sticky slime?
mix the borax powder provided with 150ml of warm water. gradually add this to the slime until dissolved.
in warmer weather, please use the activator provided and store in a cooler place away from direct sunlight to prevent stickiness.


how do i prepare my hands for slime?
always wash your hands before and after playing with slime. if it feels tacky, handle it quickly! you can dab some borax solution on your fingers to repel the slime.


who is slime for?
slime is a great stress/anxiety relief for all ages. some of my slimes have adult themes so please make sure to seek approval from a parent/guardian if you're under 18.


are your slimes scented?
most slimes are scented with skin-safe fragrance oils. i take pride in my fragrance blends - some mixes have 5 or more scents combined.


do i get any extra when i order?
all orders come with borax activator, a care card and snacks. if you don't need these please let me know in the notes.


can i eat it?
please note that slime and borax are not edible.


is slime safe?
as long as you don't eat it, yes!
refrain from purchasing if you are allergic to any of the ingredients noted on each listing.
